Zebpay — Amount transferred to zebpay but didn't credited to my zebpay account

Yesterday i have transferred 49000 to zebpay via imps for instant deposit but still amount has not been credited to my zebpay account
please credit my rupees to my zebpay so that i can trade in crypto currency ...
