Zebpay — Deposited amount not shown in Zebpay Account

I had deposited Rs 5, 00, 000 in the account [protected] on 15.04.2021 from my Citibank account . But still today it has not been reflected in my Zebpay Account. Could you please do the needful so that either it gets reflected in the Zebpay or return my money back.
Please treat this on priority. Attaching the proof of transfer of fund.
