I had placed an order with Zefo for a bed, wardrobe and a shoerack.. I'm the delivery of items was delayed... after multiple follow up, the zefo team finally delivered the order 3 days after the committed date of delivery.. for the past one week, I have been following up with the zefo team for getting their installation team at my residence for installing the furniture.. there has been response from their side... they hardly care to respond to my mails as well.. their installation team had been making fake commitments and finally they have now stopped responding to my calls... I had earlier raised one complaint with respect to the delay in delivery of items...this is the 2nd complaint being raised for the same order ...
