Had bought product sometime back from zefo team on loan from zest money. Since it didn't serve the purpose have return the product next day and asked to cancel the loan from zest money. Zefo team agreed. But then month later have recieved mesf from zest money to pay the EMI. Where in I nether had product nor amount, I informed them the situation and asked them to take clarity from from zefo team and end the loan. But till date it is kept active. Expecting the solution for this since have facing prob in my cibil score.
Request the present zefo team to contact zest money and end this bizarre event.
