I ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus (White, 8 GB, model: ZEP0558) on 9th November 2015 and paid 6511 rupees through Paynimo. My order number is #921. However, I have not received my order. I have sent a number of emails to the company but never received any reply. I tried contacting the company by making phone calls at [protected] (the number given on the website of the company). Alias, I could not reach to the concerned people as the number has been always switched off. I feel that the company is a fraud and I lost my money. I have also come across a number of similar complains against the company for the similar reasons.
