Today date[protected]: 34 AM I have faced some technical issue from zerodha during that time prices are not reflecting and orders are not gone through as well due to this I have incurred 15000 rupees loss. I have spoken to your customer care executives (Shanmugam). They have agreed it is your mistake only. Then they agreed today brokerage exemption after that they told me we will arrange call by EOD. but I have not received any call. Even I tried to talk to your customer care representative again they told we will arrange call back but I didn't receive any call. Just because of your fault I am the effective person. If you fail resolve my issue. I am going to file a case on you FIR. and I highlighted this issue to media CNBC and all the channels and social media as well. I will register complaint to SEBI as well. I have all the recordings which your customer care representatives they have agreed it is your fault. It is not a small amount I am going to complaint on it.
