Even after multiple escalations zerodha is not answering my question regarding the payment i had to make even after my account was open. They are asking to make payment again and again in commodity. I requested that if they can refund the amount, but they are not responding. I opened my account on 2016 and paid 300 rs.
I was just trying to login to web page and they asked for money and i thought that was to add ni commodity account but the money disappeared.
