I am the customer who opted you and given you chance to extend your service since 2016. Last day i had experienced the worst customer service. I will brief in detail; i had processed my request on 18 feb 19 for change in plan and cartoon channel add ons. And in this connection i made five reminder calls for this simple revision. Today lastly i called and enquired your executive saying it is still under processing. I'm not understanding what your back end staffs are doing in such issues. More than 24 hrs is not acceptable. And i am sorry to say i am changing my connection due to the way of service zing digital extended to me and will circulate my issue as much i can.
