I placed an order with no.[protected] from zipker for which i requested a return on 28th december 2018. But there was no update about it so i wrote an email to customer care but still no reply till date. Then i also wrote an email to their escalation department but till date they haven't refunded the amount. They said that they have refunded the money but when i asked for the details of the refund they were unable to provide that.
