Zkpy Bank — not received the refund amount in my bank account after cancellation

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 23 oct 2017. Vide pnr no. [protected] on train no. 12916 for the date 24-oct-2016 but ticket booking massage was not received, nor showing in irctc website. When we checked at our irctc website after one hour found tatkal w/l tickets was booked, immediately on 23-oct-2017 at 2.15 pm, i cancel the w/l/ tatkal ticket. Received massage in my registered mobile no. That rs. 3080/- will be refunded. Till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through icici bank. Rs. 3210/- on 23-oct-2017 to irctc.
Today on 27-oct-2017, when we checked our irctc website a/c found false massage is showing that rs. 3080/- was refunded on 25-oct-2017 through zkpy bank.
Sir, please resolve the issue and send refund to my registered icici bank a/c

I use your platform for booking ticket from IRCTC on[protected] Transaction Id : [protected] and cancel this ticket in[protected] cancellation id [protected]. IRCTC says amount refunded to ZKPY bank but the amount not come to my account. Please do something

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 25 march2018. pnr no. [protected] on train no. 12369 for the date 26 march-2018 but the train has cancelled.Till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through sbi bank. Rs.560/- on 25 march 2017 to irctc.
when we checked our irctc website a/c found false massage is showing that rs.560/- was refunded on 30 march-2018 through zkpy bank.
Sir, please resolve the issue and send refund to my registered sbi bank a/c

sorry i have written 2017 instead of 2018.
Dear friends,
i had also faces the refundable amount problem which is not credited on that date when irctc confirmed that your refundable amount has refunded and i haven't receive money. the date of booking was 25 march 2018 for journey of 26 march 2018 and the train has cancelled. irctc refunded the amount on 30 march 2018 but why the money has not credited on that day because the gateway which i choose is mobikwik which is zkpy gateway and this takes a little more time to credit amount back to your account than paytm gateway. finally i recieve money direct to my account on 6 april 2018. so don't worry about it. Thanks for all your concern...
