Dear Team,
On 04-MAR-2021, at 7:53PM a transaction of INR 175 happened from my paytm wallet to Zomato media pvt ltd without my knowledge. The details of transactions are wallet transaction ID: [protected] and order ID: ZTD-21-8850D9C12E43A.
I had not made any such transaction. Upon contacting PAYTM customer care via phone, they have informed to contact Zomato as this was an autodebit transaction requested by zomato.
Since there is no customer care number present for zomato, I had lodged my complaint on same day using "report a fraud" link on their website for which an autogenerated email was received on my registered email ID stating that they will review and get in touch with me. However there was no complaint reference number generated for same.
Till now no one from Zomato has responded on this suspicious financial activity from my account.
Kindly help me on this issue as it is a serious security breach from zomato and from paytm.
