I booked a car through zoomcar app on 11/06/2020 but later it was cancelled from their side due to some documentation issues, I done everything to reach them regarding my refund i e-mailed them, called them and send tweets on social media but they are continuously saying that they are doing their best to refund my money of Rs.1428 but, nothing happened till date(28/07/2020).It is just not only me several customers are also in trouble please take cognizance of it
in there policy they specifically mentioned that the maximum time for refund is 10 days
