I booked a zoom car through car app on 23th march (Booking id : jps6n36p8).
Same day within an hour of booking had cancelled because of during the lockdown problem.
I called to zoom cars customer service about cancellation and deposit amount refund. They told me that refunded will be happen within 7 working days.
In app it's show that your refund was processed but i still didn't get my refund amount.
I called many times to customer service centers of zoom cars but they didn't respond properly.
Please file a case against zoom cars.
