Received Zoomin reply with "The order is created from your end and sent in a PDF file and it goes straight for the print. We do not edit/modify the order."
Why do you think I will complain about something which I have created. I used Zoomin app and loaded the files from my Instagram page, maybe your app has a flaw but, believe me when I created the content it was perfect. During the preview of the content, I made sure all images were in place, then how can this happen? Please investigate this area and let me know what can be done. Please help me out.
I was about to order a photo magnet, Spotify plaque card, and a full portrait wall calendar. But if this is the case, I will never order anything and will make sure my family and friends also don't use your app.
I have attached the screenshots of my creation to show you how they looked during the creation process. And by the way, there is no option to resize the images or to place them on the left side of the frame. Then how is it possible for me to create such content?
