I purchased a king size bed from FURNITURE CENTRE, BAPUJI NAGAR, BHUBANESWAR bill no. 1847. Dated 1st nov. 2015. The sides of the bed has developed a gap of around 1 inch on both sides of the box on the upper and lower portion and has become a house of dust and spider webs. I submitted my complain to the furniture centre after 3 months from the purchase, nobody came to see the bed.Then again on 15th october, i requested them to see the condition of the bed. They send one guy and didnt do any thing and advised me to talk to Area MANAGER ( Mr. SATYAJEET CONTACT NO. [protected]). I contacted him and advised me to send the pics on his email id([protected]@stylespafurniture.com). i followed the advise and send him all the pics, after which he never replied back and never answered to my phone call.
So after that i contacted the ZUARI FURTINURE CUSTOMER CARE in Chennai. i was told to send the pictures of the bed. i send them the pics through email on 23rd oct. 2016., and daily i am calling them regarding the problem. And customer care is telling to contact area manager., he is not picking the call.
I am fed of the customer care of zuari furniture after spending 36000 INR for the defective peice and the poor services. At the time of selling, company people make big commitments. I request all the people to look and enquire before buying any zuari furniture products, because they dont have any customer service i[censored] have any problem at a later date.
