I purchased women footwear at stor on date 20 april 2024. By the time billing was done it was around 9.30 pm and startted shutting lights off keeping 1/2 ON. but when i packed footwear in my baf post billing noticed its damaged piece at side bottom.
So i asked for change in piece but they dint had size, post which its harrasment by store manager started for me:
1. he said you damaged, i asked him to check CCTV which he failed.
2. He said he cannot take it return instead he will get me product once its avilable in his store (when don't know) till than no credit note no cash refud
3. he asked me forcefully to look for any other item equalling price at 10 pm as he cannot give cash refund nor credit note.
4.When i asked for contact of grievance cell, he said he knows what to do as he is 15 yrs exp and dosn't have any grievance
this all happened with me as i was alone in store. I immediately called my family and they rushed toward store.
