Amazon India — Not providing replacement and refund for my missing items from the delivered package

Hi, my name is richa, my amazon id and my contact number is [protected]. I ordered chewers vegetable dog biscuits (Pack of 12) from amazon, the parcel was delivered to me on 13 feb. After opening the box i found out only two packets were delivered. I called amazon customer care and told them about my problem, they told me that they have registered my complaint and i need to wait till 18 feb for any resolution. On 15 feb i contacted amazon customer care team regarding update for my complaint and i was told that amazon is not going to provide me replacement or refund for my missing items since as per their investigation they have sent me complete product. So they denied my request for replacement and refund but since i have not received my product it sounds unfair to me. I again contacted the customer care team but they said we can't help you after so many requests from my side he gave me an email address to contact amazon specialist but he made me a fool because the email shared by him no longer exists. I never expected this type of service from any customer care team because company hires customer care team for helping it's customers not for harrassing them. So i am sharing the details of my order with you in following images please help me in this case because i have not received my product and i don't want my hard earned money to get wasted just like this.
