I booked a room Hotel Tiara, Bangalore on 29 May on their website. But the booking automatically done through some agent sites. when I reached Hotel on 30th, the boy on the desk refused room and said my booking cancelled (though I already paid online banking 1550/-). They were not taking any responsibility even when I said that it was booking through their website. Later, I was offered a room (same room) for a higher price (2050/-), which I accepted.
There was e mail from 'clicklyitics' (realised that they were the agents for booking) that my reservation is cancelled and money will be refunded. As asked I resent my bank details & IFSC. But till today no money returned. I sent a message on support on www.clicklytics.in. No body answered. I tried to reply on the email of cancellation information. It just returned back through to me.
Till date no body from the company contacted me after this incidence, though they have my mobile number entered.
No money is refunded to me as promised till today.
It is disturbing to realise that a Hotel booking has becoming so much complicated and un reliable. Appreciate any suggestions to handle such occasions. Was this information helpful? |
