Issue with my Daikin split AC
I've seen other consumers complain about Daikin AC's. Similar problem for me too. My AC unit in bedroom was not working for more than a month. I registered a complaint and these service men came to repair it. They said the PCB of the outdoor unit was gone and they charged me 11, 000 for it and said it will be ok. The next day it stopped working again. I called them again and this time took the whole indoor...

We booked a reinstallation request for our old Daikin AC on 10th May request no. 2648128 in Haldwani Uttrakhand. The technician de-install the AC very roughly like an untutored person and called up another technician to fix it but installation didn't complete on the same day.

Next day they fixed it and AC was installed and as soon as AC got switched on the outer unit started burning with smell and smoke to which they splashed...

I had ordered a Daikin Split Inverter AC through amazon website on 21st Jan 2020. For the past few weeks, AC is behaving mysteriously to work intermittently. I raised a service complaint to Daikin and they had sent a technician to check and he reported that fault is at PCB and needs to be replaced. Daikin says that warranty for PCB is 5 years according to their website, but the technician and customer care says warranty...

Worst buying Daikin acs it's not repair able they don't have parts the customer suffer in such a hot summer...

Ac not working properly even after complaining many times. We are not getting satisfactory service from daikin executives....

AC was not able to cool the room. I raised the complaint and service person said that I have received damaged AC. Need to know what should I be doing with this useless appliance worth ruppees 60k. Hi, i made complaint for my ac issue several times on customer care nunber but service engineer gasnt vusited yet. Its bern 5 days today. All service center numbers given to me are eihter switched off or not answering.

Very patahetic service of daiken. If they cant provide srvjce they should shut down their business.

I purchased 02 new DAIKIN Inverter ACs (Model No.: Indoor FTKL50TV16V, Outdoor RKL50TV16) on 8th and 11th March, 2020 (Invoice attached).
