I have purchased 5 items in three different orders and received 3 items which are different to what shown on the website. and I requested for a refund and since then no one has replied to the mails or phone calls I have made to the mentioned details on the website. one of the order is not received even after a month passed.
the total value of my orders is INR 1833 (783+300+750)

I regret now using this fake website and looking for help in getting my money back.

how come a website of this size is running so public with such a fraud service? I don't understand there is no point of contact to this company sources. neither a registered address is mentioned on the website.
