Flipkart — Order not fulfilled and cancelled after taking the full payment

I had placed an order with Flipkart on 17th Jan 2023 in which I had purchased a laptop for INR 64, 090. It was stated as one day delivery, which means the product was supposed to get delivered on 18th Jan 2023. The order kept on getting delayed till 24th Jan. On 24th morning, the order was suddenly cancelled by Flipkart. The price of the product was also increased from INR 64000 to INR 79990. They are now asking me to reorder the product at the escalated price, and not even matching the earlier product price at which I had made a deal with Flipkart to buy the laptop.

Issues:
1. Not completing the promise of providing the product at the agreed price.
2. Cancelling the order after 7 days of waiting without even confirming or asking me about the cancellation
3. Not replacing the order with a new one on their own since they failed to provide me the product
4. Asking me to order the product at a higher price again, not agreeing the match the initial amount of 64000 at which we had agreed
5. Customer service is useless and not understanding the issue. I had to make so many calls to make them understand the issue and still there is no resolution for their mistake.
6. They have initiated the refund on their own without informing me. Since the refund is initiated, now they cannot place another order and asking me to place a fresh one.
7. They gave me a number of an unknown person (Deepak Patel - [protected]) who was trying to scam me by asking for a photo of my credit card, claiming he is from Flipkart. I have lodged a separate cyber crime complaint for that person.
8. They have taken an amount of INR 50, 000 on 17th Jan, and the refund will get processed on 30th Jan. They have kept my money for more than 13 days without providing me any service or product, and that too interest free. Aren't they liable to pay me interest in case they are not delivering the product, and cancelled it on their own without my consent?
