On 9th March 2021 I booked my ticket IDR to RPR booking no.[protected] which was cancelled due to some incorrect information and new ticket was booked immediately on same day.
On their executive's suggestion I called the airline to request for full refund. Then It was cancelled directly by airline (Indigo) and a full refund was processed within a week time.
I informed to HEG immediately and got the assurance of full refund of Rs.7318 (After convenience fees deduction).
But I got the refund of Rs. 1564/- only. On mail & call they accepted their mistake but no refund was issues till now.
After lots of mails and calls to customer care I only got false promises again and again. Was this information helpful? |
