This is to inform you that recently I have purchased a packet of Harvest Gold Bread from a shop nearby on 21.04.2020 around 6.30 PM & before buying I have clearly checked the expiry date which is 21.04.2020.
I am a daily consumer of this bread but before going forward to my evening breakfast, I noticed a slight different with the packaging of the bread & also there's this strange smell.
Before consuming the same I have had this proper check of the bread & found out that it is expired.
The issue here is not with the bread of Rs.20 but the behaviour of your distributor who disagreed to replace the package & telling me how he's saving rs 1 on each & can't take the headache for 1 packet of bread.
These kind of experiences & rude behaviour is unexceptional & if these people are really Harvest Distributors then I request a strict against them.
Hoping for a respond from their end & far more what if kids at my home would have eaten that. I am really looking for a quick action & procedure to sort this.
