I booked 3 tickets through ixigo app on 11 November for journey commencing from 1st Dec 2020 from new delhi to panvel train no. 02432. On 24th November i received a text msg from irctc that train is cancelled due to some inconvenience. I checked ixigo app to cancel my tickets on my own..but it was not showing any option to cancel it by ourselves. So i kept quite hoping that i will get refund after 7 days of travel date & booked tickets for another date.But suddenly on 1st Dec i received text msg containing that CHART IS PREPARED leaving me utterly clueless. I couldn't even think that this could be happened. I contacted railway inquiry at 139 & they told me that train has not been cancelled but diverted also they didn't give me satisfactory answer that why did i receive Cancellation msg of train .Also ixigo app was continuously showing that TRAIN IS CANCELLED in red block letters even though train was restored. I immediately tried to file TDR after seeing text msg of chart is prepared but it was showing error because there wasn't enough time of 4 hours from the departure of train.
So as it is of ixigo's fault that i didn't receive any massage containing that train has been restored..& i missed my journey along with such a big amount of Rs 7982, , .. i kindly request you to please refund my ticket amount 7982 Rs as soon as possible.

I had posted my complaint through this portal before too..but i hadn't received any positive response from Ixigo..so i am complaing again. Kindly refund my hard earned money as soon as possible. My PRN is [protected]. You can also check my prn in screenshots i have attached here.
