[Resolved] Kokilaben Hospital — Non cooperation of billing staff and customer care

On 25/05/2021 my mother got vaccinated at Kokilaben Hospital. At that time she forgot to take bill of vaccination. on the next day I called Kokilaben hospital and asked for the bill on my email. At that time they asked me to email me on [protected]@kokilabenhospitals.com. I did so, but got no response. once agained I called them. At that time they said that I have to collect the bill physically at vaccination billing counter. on dated 12/06/2021 morning, I went for the vaccination of my own. At that time I asked for the bill of my mother too. But the person at billing counter refused me to give duplicate bill. The behaviour was completely non co- operative. I again called kokilaben hospital form vaccination centre itself and asked to look into the matter. This time they completely refused to to help and asked me to talk with billing counter person only. I told them that they are not co-operating and asked them to guide me so that i can contact higher authority, but the customer care exeutive refused.
I dont understand why the billing staff and customer care staff are so non co-operative for such a small subject of duplicate bill.
