Hi, i am ramya. I placed an order for bausch & lomb, soft lens, torque. Order no -[protected]. I have clearly stated your sales executive mr. Manoranjan kumar to deliver to bangalore address by may 15 th. Not before that. He stated he will do the same. But the order got dispatched earlier. When i noted it. I again called him and stated about the issue. He said he requested the delivery team to hold back. I reached bangalore and contacted your team for delivery. The four of your support executive contacted me pooja arya, suman kumari, paramjeet shokeen, prem. I asked them to locate the nearby store and deliver the product in two day. But your support executive never did the same i requested them to get the sales person manoranjan kumar to get back. None of this has been done. Actually while placing order the payment status was showing 0. That's the reason the executive converted the order on cod basis. Clear instructions was given from my end. I have already attached details about it in email [protected]@lenskart.com.
I want my order to be delivered within two days. I want your executives to call me with payment link. I don't want anyone keep asking me what's the issue. Very poor support team. Pooja arya she contacted me twice.
