Repayment of loan

I lost my phone due to that I lost my phone num also, and now for the new update of mpocket i can't able to login the app, and now I have dues and I have pay before the date.
If I go for helpline num nobody pickup the phone and can't recive any reply from email
What can I do now please help me I have a deadline of repay .only help me in loging please anyhow ....

They are harassing me day by day calling my parents and me. I was a good user of mpokket but still they cheated me by not refunding my money. I had to pay two times for a single loan. Now they have shared the contact details with the third party recovery team. And it is illegal for a NBFC registered company...

Paid loan showing active in my CIBIL reports for last 3 months

Spam calls from mpokket

I just logged by refferal and i don't want any loan and logged out but they call me 10to15times per day just stop them...

I cleared all my loans and I need an NOC as soon as possible. My customer ID is REF8556660. My Cibil Report is showing So many active Loans which i have already cleared. It is dropping my Cibil Score. I need my NOC as soon as Possible and update the Cibil Report as well....

I had actually taken a loan from Mpokket on Dec 2020 and during the repayment i had lost my mobile phone due to which i was not able to access my personal mail or mobile number, i had tried contacting Mpokket at that time, explaining the situation and need to login the application to pay for the loan but no response from your end, after that they had started adding High penalty charges i had taken the initiative to pay from last year and...

Harassment for loan repayment

I am trying to repay my mpokket loan since 2yrs.
I have informed 100times to them so far regarding my settlement.
I just took 10K from mpokket, Actual money received in bank is 9K.
Now Outstanding is 30K.
20K, they have levied for penalty charges since not paid on due date.

But when my penalty charges are 2K, I asked them to waive it off to close whole loan amount.
But they have denied and...
