I am a VI customer, mydala is charged me Rs. 49 without any consent. I have not visited their website nor clicked on any of their subscriptions. This is outrageous and fraudulent activities. VI should cancel their tie up.

I initiated an email to VI and mydala stating I have been charged without authorisation. Immediately VI reached out and refunded the said amount so do mydala. But as a Good Samaritan I returned Rs. 49 to mydala. Now it’s between mydala & VI to figure out.
