My complaint 2109R[protected]. I had purchased a Onida TV from Amazon on Jan 2021 within 9 months of its purchase the display got repaired and the company mechanic came 10 days ago to check and still no clear assurance over what will be done or when it will done, No response from the mechanic the only contact I can make are the service center reps. I asked for alternate solutions for a refund/replacement they are not even clear about that the customer service rep is just boasting about they have accelerated my complaint and the concern people will contact me or they will surely give the solution as soon as possible, I have waited for 2 days and yet no contact from or any sign of when my complaint will be resolved.
The lack of any assurance or clarity over what could be the solution and when it will resolved as really effect my trust over this brand the desirable solution would be a refund because I didn't paid money to decorate my place with a useless product or a replacement with extended warranty.
