Very worst Response from management and team useless people's are there they don't know how to treat the customer and talking rudeness such a very worst company they don't know how we have to Talk to customer showing attitude if we go and ask the problem they tell we don't know and I visited 3 time's for showroom but all time they show's the attitude and behave like rudely...

I have purchased vivo mobile From Poorvika frazer town on 15th November 2023 and the purchase was done through the my idfc Credit Card with 3 month emi options.

The time of purchase, that models are having a cash back offer of Rs.[protected] Brand cash back & 491 emi cash back ) and they have mentioned in invoice cash back amount will be credited with in 90days.

Almost 100 (3 months EMI paid) days crossed and...
