I am holding Royal Sundaram Hospital Cash Insurance Plan (Policy number HC[protected]) for my parents.
The plan was taken in the year 2013 for 2year. My father was admitted to Chintamani Hospital, Amravati on 11th December 2014 & discharged on 13th December 2014 (for treatment Abdominal pain)
I applied for claim which was registered on 18th December 2014 but after some days I got acknowledge letter on 3th Feb. They informed me our supervise will collected all document form your hospital and claim will take
15-20 working days to process.
After one month i.e on 10th March, I got claim rejection letter with some reasons. After that I have sent mail on
health.[protected]@royalsundaram.in for claim Clarification but still I am not getting any calls or mails from their side.
Lots of time i spoke with customer support of royal sundaram but they are helpless. I have request they to send me direct contact of review or department but they were not able to provide.
I request to Consumer Complaint portal to help me to get this money from insurance company or suggest
me what step I have to take against them.
