Rummycircle (https://www.rummycircle.com) closed my account for seeking the information about site security and reliability. Recently they have changed the ui and ux. Some time i was informed with a pop-up saying "your game is opened in another system", while on game. Same time i lost money. So i mailed them looks like something fraud is going on your site. Asked for the legal and security certificates. They have just sent random number generation certificate and said there site is secure and fair. I asked how random number generation certificate proves that the site is secure. They again sent back same mail. I again asked them, how random number generation certificate is helpful to prove the site security. They have closed my account. I am a platinum+ member in this site. I have spent lots of money and time to became platinum+ member. I feel stupid now. I had some amount in my account, i think 550 rupees. They are not responding to my mail now or the response will be "please note that the query/issue raised has been answered in the previous mail with request number. Kindly refer the same for information on your query". I don't see a fairness from rummycircle here.
Since i holds platinum+ membership, i had access to three free tournament per week. They snatched it from me.
If rummycircle is a genuine site, then why they will close the fair and genuine player accounts? Now i don't want them to activate my account just for complaining here.
I need compensation of 5lakh rupees (500000 rupees). The reason for asking this as follows.
My lose because of closing my account is:
Every week platinum+ player have access to 3 free tournament. Among three two are having 50000 rupees is the first price and one having 9000 rupees is the first price. I am a skilled player. As rummycircle advertises, i will win all the tournaments. So now missing to play those tournaments, the net 109000 rupees lose they are making me by closing my account. Till september-2019 i have my platinum+ membership. On total "5months * 4weeks = 20weeks" that is 2180000 rupees i am going to loose because of closing my account. So i am asking just 20% of my loses, that is 5lakh rupees.
"consumer complaints" can you please help me to resolve this issue?
