[Resolved] Samsung India — Product is under warranty but asking for money. | |||||
Respected sir/madam, I bought samsung fridge on 27 june 2016. Model no. Rt28k304358/hl 255 liters. Recently i noticed some interior side wall body part go t cracked both side of walls. On diffrent places.. I lodge complaint to customer care. My complaint number :[protected] Date: 17/05/2017 Registered mobileno: [protected] They arrange a person to see that cracked part. During engineer's visit he saw and took foto of that cracked side walls. After that i was frequent calling to samsung customer care and asking for status of my complaint. Here i am enclosing foto of cracked wall. U can see cracked wall is below chiller trey. And another is opposite side but much lower then chiller trey. This is a looks like due to bad quality Material used in side walls. Task Today suddenly i got call from samsung and they said your warrenty is about to finish. So you ha ve to pay for resolution of your complaints. I asked why? They said you should not ask me to why? Go and ask why to your seller.. And hanged up phone.. I didnt understand. Then i called up to samsung customercare and asked what is status? I got answer ; complained has been cancel from customer side. This summer is on its top. Inspite we having fridge we are unable to use our fridge. My whole is suffering because of this people.
