One of the terrifying experience due to unprofessional behaviour of sugama tourists driver and conductor. I traveled in Sugama from Banglore to Udupi through PNR 12545464. I have informed driver about my change in pickup point and adjusted my journey according to the scheduled provided by red bus. In last 2 months I experienced following issues :
In all 3 instances I had chosen Indiranagar near petrol bunk as pickup location
1. Cleaner/ driver called me and asked to come to Mg road metro station at ( I was told to be there by 9.40 ) bus...

Incident took place on 16th Nov Sugama travel bus from Manipal to Mysore..Conductor misbehaved my raising hand on my brother..He held my brother's collar and has pulled him...he has also hit my brother on his chest..In bus the Conductor was using abusive words...The bus didn't drop my brother at the selected drop point..This is totally unacceptable to do these things to a passenger...
Just asked to driver to stop for 5 minutes to just hand over the phone to my friend then he is using abusive language and driving much faster. The driver name is manjunath and he was also drunk....
I am Advocate Shubha Deshpande. I am right now traveling with Sugama Travels Bus No. KA 51 AA 9177. I had booked Seat No. L1. This seat is filled with big tiny cockroaches in and around the seat, windows, curtains and in all corners. There are just so many cockroaches here. I have images I want to share with you. This is the dirtiest bus I have even been in....
This is worst experience i have faced. I traveled today 9/8/2023 in Sugama KA 51 AD 5297 cleaner took money from passenger and giving seats randomly without booking in sugama this is not acceptable. cleaner named Deepak was very rude....
The buses are the worst. Almost everytime that I travelled via sugama they have one or the other issues with the buses. They don't fix them. If they know they have issues, why do even put them on road? We are stranded in the middle of nowhere travelling from Bangalore to Gulbarga on 26th June. Do you think people don't have any other work other than being stranded here?

The cleaner is in intoxicated condition and not able to mange himself. This is unacceptable and intolerable as my wife and kid are travelling alone and are finding it difficult to manage.

Started journey from bangalore to Laxmeshwar dated 6th Apr 2023 at 11.30 pm. After 2 hour near Shira toll gate bus has stopped due to technical issue. Dear sugama travels it's a bad experience I seen today due to lack of time sense and y u guys are mentioned time for arrival and departure
* Always late traveling due to time issue
* And when I travelling I seen 4th time in this sugama travels luggage loading and unloading it takes huge time right
