I have an open complaint for more than few weeks now, wherein I requested for refund against my booking which was cancelled by airline however i got the reply that i should use credit shell which i have received against that booking but i can't see the credit shell option and even after multiple follow up no one is answering me where that credit shell amount is and how I'm gonna use that. I wanted to use the remaining 8416 INR (my remaining credit shell balance as per Yatra website) for an upcoming trip but I highly doubt if i would be able to use that unless your pathetic customer support team responds and help me.
Customer support team has blocked all avenues to contact them except the email id route i.e. [protected]@yatra.com. Even after multiple follow-ups, they are not responding. Kindly let the customers connect via call and don't hang them waiting for a response via email.
