28days on 28 july 2017 but the data that i received was about 500 mbs only, where's the rest of my data that i payed for and the 147 request was approved but i haven't got the specified amount of gb offered in the airtel offers menu. What is the issue going on with this situation please resolve this issue....

Airtel 349 pack in my 3g sim/phone provided me with 1 gb per day but today i recharged with 399 pack not giving me such option for 84 days.

Instead of 1 gb per day. A total of 1 gb for 28/84 (Not sure) has been provided to my mobile. I need 1 gb per day plan.

Please help me in this issue or kindly change my plan to 349 and provide me my balance amount....

no installation of broadband connection in a week times even after document submission and advance payment

Document verification and payment of new broadband connection was done on sunday 23rd july but no installation has happened yet (29th july, sat). I have been calling the costumer care and they have not helped me at all. They just say it has been escalated and i will receive a call but i did not receive a single one. Extremely unhappy with airtel and its customer outreach. They just want to steal for us....

I am an airtel customer for the past 3 years. For the last 3 months (From the month of may 2017) my broadband connection was disconnected due to some cable issue on airtel side. I requested for disconnection to change my network.
I am still waiting for airtel to disconnect my broadband (29/07/2017). I have paid all my bills till the disconnection request raised.
Now after disconnection request airtel has generated a bill and...

no network signal even in large town like hyderabad

As airtel advertises that their network signals work even in forests and in villages but being in city hyderabad, we are searching for signals, its like a hell for us. Are you cheating ppl by doing such ads??
In case of emergency, it's very difficult to make calls and vice versa. Pls resolve this or our area ppl will change their network gradually. Our area is serilingampally in hyderabad....

I'm complaining about my data usage

I recharge my number for rs275 (4gb data) today at 12:10 pm. I watch hardly six to seven videos on youtube all being a maximum of three to four minutes in the lowest resolution and i lose 2.5gb for that, experienced the same problem with rs103 3g pack and the same thing is happening with this rs275 data pack, how are we as consumers supposed to happy if are money keeps dissappearing in the air like this? This is daylight looting....

Why am i not getting the 399 offer. Last month i have recharged my mobile with 399. For this month it is not showing me the offer. Why the hell airtel has many restrictions. Even the customer care is ####. Why can't they speak to me in english, when I clearly stated that I don't know the regional language....

does not provide service but gives full bill every month

It's been 6 months now, airtel was consistent in giving us "worst customer service". Everytime we complaint, the technician comes and shows us speed on speedtest.net and then says everything is fine. But the matter of fact is the internet connectivity is not consistent. And most of the time it doesn't even work.

From the last 4 days, there is no internet and we had to bear huge losses for obvious reasons of operations issues...

account not activated after porting

I switched from vodafone to airtel. The process is complete now. But i am unable to activate my sim. When i call 59059 they play some hello tune message.
I am unable to contact any of customer care executive. The port was complete yesterday.
My number is [protected]. I have already paid rs. 450 for 84gb plan to the salesperson. Please look into the matter as early as possible....

network registration issue

I've recently port my no. From voda to airtel for the plan of 499 i insert the sim in my 4g handset it got activated i even made a phone call next i insert the sim on my 3g handset as the previous handset is broken, it is not registering to any network i went customer care centre they charge me 25 rs and alloted me another sim said that it would get activated in 4 hours its been 24 hours i'm still facing the same problem with the new sim...

I have received my bill for the mobile number *81 (Rupees 238.82) and *72 (Rupees 273.18).

My mobile number *81 and *72 plan is my plan corp cap 199 cug 0 na which includes 700 mins (Local+std+ national roaming, mob and fl),
Cug to cug free and 750 mb+10gb free data of mobile data.

I have used only 600 mins out of 700 mins in my plan for voice.
I have used only around 500...

porting promise timeline not adhered

I was using vodafone number which i choose to port to airtel last week, it got approved and successful on28th july 10 pm night. I was supposed to to insert the new airtel sim and dial on 59059 and it should have started working as promised. But, this is something not happening, and the number is still not active.

I am in big trouble as i am travelling and all my online transactions are failing as i can't...

On the month of june i have port from vodafone to airtel, since i am facing problem in incoming calls. I am not getting any incoming call from airtel mobile, jio mobile and landline numbers and they says its a wrong number. Alsoi am unable to send the messages.
