I have done recharge of 346 at my mobile no. [protected] through my airtel app.
As per company ! its benefits are 1 GB 3G data and unlimited calls ( Local and STD ) valid for 1 month..

I am shocked when my main balance is deducted for calling, as i am not able to get this benefit of free unlimited calls.

I have registered my complaint at airtel customer care with reference no. CBNRV[protected].

I have take a new connection of airtel broadband in the name of Jhumur Ray, the airtel service man charged a sum of Rs 500/-, after few days the airtel service man told me sorry sir in your area is not possible to given the broadband service. Than i have applied for refund the money, he always refuse me. Still 2 month passed i can't get my money back. Its not a matter of sum of Rs 500/- its a matter of good service. I changed my sim from micro to nano. In service centre they told me it'll activate after 4 hours. After 4 hours it was activated and i'm able to call. But I'm not able to send or receive any messages after that....

It has been 10 days since i have problem with incoming calls on my postpaid mobile number [protected]. few days back i called on 198 and told about the problem they told me that it will be solved soon, next day i called them again and talked to senior on 198 they also told me that problem will be solved in 24 hours. after few days i called Appellate Authority on [protected] and narrated the incident, then they told me same to wait for 10 hrs...

When i am making call to any person sometimes my voice is not audible to them and sometimes their voice is not audible to me. Even i called customer care of airtel many time but their customer care executives are also not able to listen my voice. Then i lodged written complain on the airtel website but still not resolved. My airtel number is [protected] ....

My balance has been deducted for no reason. I called up the customer care to enquire, some senior executive said I used 3G data, and that while I have 2G pack on with sufficient data balance.And also that it is my fault that I didn't turn off the dual network mode CDM/GSM that comes inbuilt in any mobile phone of this segment. In Feb I have recharged my account for 12 months, On 5 th Sep I got message that My Subscription is closing on 8th sep Because 12 month package was not created.

After discussion with Airtel customer representative, They are saying that I should call them to create annual subscription but in message nothing is written about calling customer care and creating...

I have been charged with Rs. 15 that is to 24 times against IMF charging.
Airtel is saying this is idle maintenance charge. When this is a prepaid service why a customer will pay IMF charge. I

Why IMF is not there in prepaid mobile?
Why other DTH service provider don't have IMF charge.

Airtel is a big cheater. I want my money to be waived. Rs. 360.

I bought the airtel sim on Nov 12 for 50 with new sim offer talk time and other benefits. Sim activation took 1month after many complaints and roundsrounds to the shop. But after activation there is no balance in sim and no benefits promised. When complained cc told me to check with shop again. It is waste of time to talk to cc and hope to solve issue. Don't go for airtel as their support is worst....

I transferred 560/- and it failed and so i tried again; and both time despite my failed transaction, airtel money debited from my SC bank Account; and no money is credited in my airtel wallet;
airtel money si highly insecure and has poor transactions;

i am cheated 1120/- rupees by airtel and this si causing problem and agony to me;

i will never sue airtel money;
and will complain about debited money...

My name is rajiv sharma and i am airtel's costumer long time. Previous day on date[protected] time 10.30 pm approx a 11 rs approx balance deducted in my account after that rs 31 remain. Today on date[protected] rs 25 also deducted. A massage received me that this balance was deducted of internate using though net data is also in my account yet

Ive port-in to airtel (pre paid) from vodafone (pre - paid) on 7th of december 2016 bearing porting request code "ve424197" and the same was approved. i was communicated by the operator (airtel) that the porting request for mobile no. 9198*7775 has been sent to vodafone (gsm) and the same will be processed by[protected]:01:25.0 subject to approval from current operator.
On 10th december 2016 i get a text from the service provider...
