As per company ! its benefits are 1 GB 3G data and unlimited calls ( Local and STD ) valid for 1 month..

I am shocked when my main balance is deducted for calling, as i am not able to get this benefit of free unlimited calls.

Airtel postpaid sim, unable to receive or send messages

I changed my sim from micro to nano. In service centre they told me it'll activate after 4 hours. After 4 hours it was activated and i'm able to call. But I'm not able to send or receive any messages after that....

Voice is not audible

IMF charging in airtel DTH

Airtel is saying this is idle maintenance charge. When this is a prepaid service why a customer will pay IMF charge. I

Why IMF is not there in prepaid mobile?
Why other DTH service provider don't have IMF charge.

Airtel is a big cheater. I want my money to be waived. Rs. 360.

Goverment should take strict action...

New sim issue

I bought the airtel sim on Nov 12 for 50 with new sim offer talk time and other benefits. Sim activation took 1month after many complaints and roundsrounds to the shop. But after activation there is no balance in sim and no benefits promised. When complained cc told me to check with shop again. It is waste of time to talk to cc and hope to solve issue. Don't go for airtel as their support is worst....

airtel money si highly insecure and has poor transactions;

i am cheated 1120/- rupees by airtel and this si causing problem and agony to me;

i will never sue airtel money;
and will complain about debited money...

Ive port-in to airtel (pre paid) from vodafone (pre - paid) on 7th of december 2016 bearing porting request code "ve424197" and the same was approved. i was communicated by the operator (airtel) that the porting request for mobile no. 9198*7775 has been sent to vodafone (gsm) and the same will be processed by[protected]:01:25.0 subject to approval from current operator.
On 10th december 2016 i get a text from the service provider...
