My sim card new but network problem with our area.And money losses every time. Please solve this problem. My number is-[protected]....

I do not have any signal in my house for the past two months.
My phone, and my wifi do not work. There are no bars indicating any sort of connection. I have filed multiple complaints with the helpline and on the website. I have been calling regarding this issue for the past one month.

No response. Airtel has closed the complaints without resolving....

Data Recharge done on 1st March 2016 for Rs 253 exhausted within 12 days even though not that much data used for usage.
When contacted Customer Care Service the responses were negative and unsatisfactory.

I want register a complaint against Airtel for generating invalid bill amount for my broadband connection

My Airtel broadband connection details are as follows
Connection Number- [protected]
Connection Name- Manoj Kumar

I asked to disconnect Airtel broadband connection approximately on June 2014, they asked me to keep it in safe custody, said it is not chargeable and I don't have to pay anything....

I am an Airtel post paid customer for long time and I have been loyal customer as I have paid all my bills sometimes (more than once) even in advance. I been availing International Roaming with Airtel from 2013 due to my occasional visits outside India and coverage is astonishing. I use this IR feature to mainly receiving missed calls and message from my family.

I never faced any issues with this IR feature until recently...

My Sim Card([protected]) is not active since last week. I have tweeted on the same and i m not getting any response. The number is getting recharged but the sim is not active and its showing as No Service. Can i get a response on the same....

I requested for Prepaid to Postpaid connection on 14th march
the request was done on 15th march and now both of my number Prepaid and Postpaid are not Working and airtel people are saying it wail take another 4 hours to activate
you should have told me earlier for the same i would not have requested for it
This has affected my whole day of work
who is responsible for this??

Amount of rs 1190.80 has been debited from my bank account but still my airtel bill payment has not yet done. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible....

Today morning I have recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs 25/-. But my balance has not been updated. When I contacted Airtel - 198 - I have been put onto a floor supervisor by name Mr Swamy. He tells me that my number has been recharged with 100 MB net balance instead of talk time. When I asked him how this happens he said that he cannot do anything about this and refused to register my complaint.

I'm experiencing this very often by AirTel. I could understand now how AirTEl became such a big service provider. A plan which is never use full for the users but looks silky. Example: They have introduced Auto Renewal. This will only renew if it expires! Good Option but all data which we have will be gone! Then why the hell should i go for this auto renewal? rather i could make it myself and retain the data. This is all just money sucking...

Airtel do not response to customer I am complaining from last 4 days about my connection from prepaid to postpaid.we do not have airtel office in our city....

1. Airtel company stopped my postpaid mobile (Business) no. [protected] service because my documents are missing from their site.
2. at the time they stopped my sim service, i was roaming.
3. this happen after 6 month... how could this possible.

My bill has been clubbed with someone else's and dues have accumulated. The outgoing services have been disrupted due to this. The customer care centre is not committing to resolve the problem. Have been using broad band with landline for a year. The allotted 8gb used to be over in 15 days with a sparse use. The bsnl bb service i had for 6years i had never used more than 2gb.
