Airtel claims to activate a duplicate SIM within 4-5 hours. My SIM has not been activated for the past 19 hours. I raised a request for a new SIM at 2:30pm on 04/03/2015 and its still not activated Moreover when I called customer care at about 8pm they told me that only the airtel center where you have requested for the SIM can resolve this issue.
