Unable to recharge New SIM!!

I purchased a new airtel sim a couple of days ago. I have activated/verified with the usual process. I'm told that the number is active now.

While my incoming is working fine, I'm unable to recharge by any means. I tried online and phone to phone recharge. The retailer is clueless and so is your customer care dept. about this. No one has been able to help.

Airtel blocking bank alerts from hsbc

It's been more than 1 year, since I have stopped receiving all bank alerts from my bank HSBC.
Numerous calls to both parties have resulted in frustration.

Now my bank has provided me withe screenshots as proof that they are sending me regular updates, but Airtel has blacklisted my number.

Airtel representatives still claim no responsibility.

No Relocation service provided since 6 days & bad customer service

We have been using Airtel broadband in Chennai for more than a year. We relocated to a new address which is 4 kms away from the previous one. We raised a service request for relocation of Airtel Broadband on 15th June 2:00 PM and they promised to do it with in 5 days i.e before 20th June 2 PM.

We did not get any call/response from Airtel till now even after calling nearly 10 times in these...

Number Suspended without reason

Poor Broadband Connection Service and poor management
