Hello, I have trying repeatedly to recharge my 3g prepaid plan online but am unsuccessful in doing so as it keeps giving me errors stating that " the recharge is unsuccessful due to technical reason". I am a Airtel user of past 5 years its services best than other networks but last 1 month i am facing lots of difficulty i Cant able to connect to customer care no 121 or 198 . My IVR is blocked i complaint many times there is no proper response. Airtel agents arr not having helping tendency to customers I need my IVR get released very soon otherwise i will make this issue to consumer court.

We have been raising request to close our connection with Airtel for our fixedline number [protected] in the month of October, asking them shut down with the Sept -Oct cycle.
