So why company not taking sny strict sction on duch act....

I am currently in USA for my business travel. My airtel prepaid sim card was working, however it stopped working about a month ago. My airtel phone number is: [protected]. It gives me an error "Location Registration Failed" and it can't register the Sim card anymore. I have removed the sim card and tried different handsets, but the same issue exists. Please help me. After 1 week I received a message form the airtel that the enrollment forms submitted by me are incomplete and to submit the forms again. I have two digital TV connections at different address under the same customer ID([protected])
When i top up, it is automatically topping up both the connections and it is creating confusion to me.
So i requested customer care to split my connections and assign separate ID for each connection.
