GPRS bill 1.5 lakhs

I reached Australia on 28 November and started using Airtel GPRS for internet connection. Around 4th December i received a message from Airtel mentioning that the total un-billed usage as on 4th December is approximately 38,000.

Seeing this i got literally shocked and stopped using the Mobile and returned to India on 8th December.

duplicate copy of bills

this is rushabh shah...i had dicontinued my airtel card..n bill of the month sep-to october has not been recieved by me....
so i would like to recieve the bills copy as early as possible....
and in addition to that.. due to sum misunderstandin my bills have been paid by credit card as well as
by cheque...so ull have recieved d payments twice...so considering that ull have around rs 620 of ours which cannot be used by...

problem in retrieving mms

hello sir,
i am not able to open my mms inbox. i got my username and password via sms from the airtel, but when i am trying to login, its displaying message like- incorrect username or password.
as it is known, picture msg. are automatically deleted in 14 days, so help me , so that i could see my mms.

Difference between EDGE and GPRS

Regarding the internet problem......
I bought my Airtel Data card a few days before... When i connected it shows in the Signal bar whether it was GPRS or EDGE connection... when i worked it in my office it show as EDGE CONNECTION... but in my home it shows as GPRS CONNECTION.... also the speed of the internet is also slow when campared with the EDGE connection... so i need the details about it... also how...

Internet speed is Less than Plan

I am using Airtel micromax 3G (MMX 300G) usb data modem in Ranchi (Jharkhand) its speed is not give me as per airtel Plan 1: Plan 498 for 30 Days with unlimited data access speed 236 kbps. I am always test and witch speed by lots of different speed tester but it near about 85 -125 kbps....

Bill cycle change with out intimating

I have a post paid airtel connection from Karnataka circle (Bangalore - [protected]). My billing cycle is 5th of every month. Yesterday I have received a bill for 20 days and when contacted the customer care, they have said that, Airtel needed this and so doing. Services suspended with no proper explanation

I took a new airtel mobiie connection from one of the dealers in Palavakkam, Chennai.
I submitted all the necessary documents needed for the new connection and got the SIM activated.
Every thing worked fine for a week when I got up one morning to found my services has been suspended. The reason being stated is "non submission of documents".

GPRS Connectivity Problem

Nuisance Sms from AIRTEL

This is the third time I am registering my complaint against AIRTEL

I am receiving nuisance SMS 57272 from AIRTEL and I am being charged for it.

No action has been taken against my previous complaints.
