MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS [protected]. ITS A CORPORATE (CUG) CONNECTION WITH AIRTEL. I HAD ALREADY REGISTERED MY TEL NO FOR DND. WHICH WAS ACTIVATED ON 15 DEC (AFTER 45 DAYS OF COOLING PERIOD) BUT TILL DATE I KEEP RECV UNWANTED SMS'S (WHICH AIRTEL REFERS TO AS PROMOTIONAL SMS'S IN THIER EMAILS.) I HAVE MANY A TIMES COMPLAINT TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE BY PHONE/EMAIL BUT OF NO USE,

THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER....

I made a recharge for Mobile no [protected] of Rs 500 on 3 jun from my citibank credit card through internet banking which was successful but the amount did not credited to the mobile then i tried again for Rs 300 it also got successful and the amount this time got credited.

But in my monthly credit card statement i was charged for both the transactions whereas only Rs 300 amount was credited and not the Rs 500 amount.

i am not appling for any wap service on my airtel connection [protected] but you have activate it your self so i my request to you that tou deactivate the airtel wap service on my airtel no. [protected]....

my prepaid mobile number [protected] is found missing from 17th jun 2009. the same could not be traced till now. it is learnt that mobile might be with some one. please block the sim to avoid mis-use. if found taced it may be returned to me as it has valuable number for my use.

Hi,

I am staying in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I have an airtel mobile connection. The network signal is very poor inside my apartment and even other apartments in Indirapuram. Airtel has done nothing about it even after so many complaints that me and my friends have made.
