This is regard to my digital tv setup box issue. Last couple of week i am following with airtel customer care to get the resolution of the issue with dth box.

I have been getting assurance from airtel customer care every time when ever i called them last 4 days i have called them 6-7 times every day to get the issue resolved but every time new employee will attend the call and i need to narrate the problem from the scratch....

I have an airtel prepaid connectionfrom kolkata. Ever since i came to gurgaon i am unable to make any outgoing calls. When a number is dialled it says not registered to network. This is causing extreme inconvenience. Please see that the matter is resolved as soon as possible. However i am able to receive incoming calls. I am able to send sms as well as use data....

There is no network inside the house.in
Delhi universityy north campus you have to come our in open to talk on phone.
We are facing this night mare for last six months.

Moreover airtell doesn't care for their customers howsoever loyal he is. Recently i have been charged with huge bill and ready to resolve the issue.
Such an arrogance despite such a poor network...

Eros now service has been activated on my mobile number without my consent and i have been charged rs 49 for 15 days, leaving nothing in my balance
I did not subscribe for such services and i don't understand why it was activated

I have submitted complaints with respect to balance getting reduced wrongly about a month ago. Till now there is absolutely no response from customer care. I been recharging my airtel prepaid number. My wife is a subscriber of airtel for a few years (I don't know the exact number of years). She has subscribed to "myplan_infinity 1199_r" which entitles her for "airtel secure" service that covers customer's mobile handset against any liquid or accidental damage.

Without my permission and deducted rs.90 and rs. 35 respectively from my main balance on dated 13.10.2017 saturday. I had never requested for any such service. Photos for services activation has been attached for referance. Arrange to get refund in my talktime main balance.

I am facing the issue of not receiving any incoming calls from 07/10/2018. Whenever anyone is calling its saying invalid no. Whereas outgoing call is working. Incoming and outgoing sms not working. I have registered a compalint with airtel bu its been 7 days stiil there is no resolution

Many unknown services has been activating automatically in my no. And i used to stop those services by sending stop to 155223. Despite all that, after some time a new service gets activated automatically and again balance deduction. Recently one more service has been activated automatically and i haven't deactivated it. I want full refund of all those services which are activated automatically and make sure that these services don't activate...

Pathetic connectivity, be it voice or data. Ads claim to have 4g connectivity even in the remotest of the places, however even in cp which the heart of the capital (Delhi), the connectivity is ‘zero’. Today[protected] i have recharged r100 which was mentioned in airtel app as fun talk time where as after recharge i have received only r81.76 balance.
This looks to me as kind of cheating practice. Being a reputed service provider how are suppose to cheat customers.

Sir,
I had charged my mobile for rs 448 today for which i received a message saying service has been initiated and the txn id for ref[protected]. My account balance says rs 18 only. I tried to use the net services that too did not work. Could you please do the needful. This is the second time i am facing such an issue again.. Hope in future this would not be repeated.

My network work normally and then suddenly gone and the net was close. And the 4g network didn't work in 5 to 6 days and downloading speed is low too. And sometime the call is disconnect while calling. The range is show here but the network is still didn't work. There is problem also on downloading the downloading speed is 100 to 200 kbps speed so plzz solve this problem soon as soon possible...
