I have account balance of 400rs of my airtel number but when i had called customer support, they said this balance cannot be used for my recharge and i have to do retail recharge for 399 pack.. This is the fraud case of airtel not allowing users to use their existing balance and spent more money on them..
I urgently want to do this recharge else i'll have to port the number to some other network and will loose entire balance of 400rs..br...

I am a postpaid customer of airtel since 2012. On 19 jan 2018 i called up airtel customer care on last day of my billing cycle to change my plan. I clearly specified that i wanted to know about new plans. The person suggested me family plan for rs 799 and wife's no will be added in this plan and assured that this will change in 72hrs. I am a vodafone customer and never applied for mnp. But yesterday i. E. 27/01/2018 i received sms from am-airrtv stating "thank you for your interest in airtel! We have received your request for porting your mobile no xxxxxxxxxx. We will keep you updated on the progress."

Could you please help me to address this issue.

No one is ready to help also. I tried calling them several times everyone is giving different options and no one is actually helping...

Mine is chennai number, now i'm in bhopal. I couldn't receive any incoming calls. But when i go to chennai i reveive calls. So basically the problem is edith roaming. Its been around six months i tried a airtel customer care and also went to chennai office. Nothing was resolved. Then i applied for porting the number, it was also rejected. I did a recharge of ₹95 from amazon which provides full talktime (No special recharge) and should be come in main balance but it didn't add up in the main balance instead it activated a calling pack service which is very much useless to me. I'm unable to use that full tt for any further recharge. I want you to add that ₹95 to my main balance. Reply asap.

I live on dr. Radhakrishnan nagar main road, thiruvanmiyur, chennai - 41. A few weeks ago, airtel linesmen dug up our world-class road and footpath to draw a cable across the road to the airtel box on the opposite side.
The cable goes under the road and the digging is visible on the surface of the road. The surface of the road remains broken.

I have complained many times before this one. I have discussed about my concern more than ten times earlier. Every time airtel customer care people are giving false assurance to provide inconvenient service. But every time the airtel network is cheating its customers after taking its scheme related money. I am using airtel since last 2 years.. But since last 6 mnths,, the connection is getting worser and worser day by day. The network is very much fluctuating.. Aftr recharging of 4g packs and with full tower, the network is still fluctuating a lot and most of all it is providing 3g speed. Also the call connection is also very slow. I have lost my airtel prepaid no [protected], after lost i have issued new sim of same no but that sim had broken. After that i have not tried to get that sim again, i am using other alternate no.
But that no is also active, some one pick up the call, plz verify that no, if that no is used by wrong person means that no is not used by as per your records or that no is presently on my name, so block them

Dear airtel, today i went to distributor location in my town. Distributor: srinivasa agencies, luxettipet dist: manacherial -504215. So, i requested them to link my number with aadhar and also asked them to convert my existing airtel sim to 4g. Today, when my airtel 4g data received in my no.[protected] at 12.10 am at night. Then i start use of net in my gionee f103 4g set. After 30 mints. Suddenly net was not working. When i check my data balance shows you have used 1024mb today limts.

I am receiving calls from airtel to pay the bills for a number which i am not using from day one, i requested a prepaid sim but don't know how they gave me a postpaid and now asking to pay bill, every month i ask them to cancel it but they do not cancel it. What the hell is happening with airtel.
Internet is not working properly from few days. Complained number of times but no response and no issue has been solved. I don't know why still they're running airtel. Just shutdown it and sell recharge cards. If your fail to give proper connection means what is the use o[censored]nlimited plans and all [censored]. Stop fighting with other networks and take care of your network. Already i complained in consumer...

In my area airtel is providing 3g network.. The download speed drastically reduces from 500-600kbps to under 30kbps at evening especially 6.00 pm to 10.00pm. Whenever i contact customer care they say it will be recovered as soon as possible or switch off your phone and reinsert your sim and on it back..in my area many having the same problem... The problem is around 1month only. Before it was well and good.. It seems airtel is purposely reducing...

Iam trying to port my cell# [protected]. From kerala to karnataka. I have submitted all my all my identification documents to airtel marthalli outlet bengaluru. Even after repeated attempts, i am not getting upc code for changing my sim card. Mine frequents calls to airtel customer care kerala/kerala could solve this issue.
