I am residing in delhi and user of airtel ([protected]) for a long time. I used this network in 4g but my 4g network in my resident is not working properly in the last 15 days and outside my resident 4g speed work. I have already complaint via customer care no but no such facility has provided for upgrade my speed. I am very not satisfied and unresponsive with this kind of situation with the airtel....

What happening in airtel company, i do not understand? I have opted "airtel 149 plan - ap", but, your people are charging 100 rupees more every month in my month bill, so, many times reminded to your local office, even though, every month charged rs.100/- as 249 plan, why this happend in your company, are you cheating your customers? I need your clarficaton and revert back the money whatever you have charged against my account for the same.br...

I applied to port my number from docomo to airtel. The airtel number got activated on 4th january but there were no network signals for more than10-12 days. I went to the service centre on 17th january. People there swapped my sim but when the new sim got activated, i received a number other than my own number (Which belongs to someone whose phone was stolen & now he's disturbing me with his calls & threatening me). I'm unable to send to text msgs to any number except 121 from my mobile no. [protected]. Registered complaint many times to you, every time they say that everything is good from their side.
Even been to Airtel Store, changed SIM last month for same number, Checked MSG centre number, changed handset etc. I did everything I could but problem is still same.
I've Sufficient balance and subscribed free SMS pack also.

I'm facing problem from today evening regarding the internet speed apps like play store and facebook and what's app are not opening even after multiple attempts we have also tried swaping the sum card along with tried to reboot the phone but no results the problem is still there is poor availability of internet to applications are launching so i would request to look into the matter and solve it in a short couple of time...

My post paid hot spot no. Is [protected] which was purchased sometimes in september 2017 and one time payment has been made upto march 2018. Now i am getting enormous call for making payment.
I have enquired at airtel office at rajkot and they said it is alright i need not pay anythig upto march 2018. Please arrange to get their record updated and stop avoiding calls....

I link my aadhar to airtel sim and without my permission opened aitel payment bank and my lpg subsidy transfer to airtel payment bank. After repeated calling to airtel they are unable to provide me a resolution about my claim. The status shows as in repair stage on 10th jan'18, i had made the excess fee at that day itself. On 19th jan they called and told me that it's repaired. Hi. I recharged my airtel number online using my sbi credit card. My money a total amount of 798 was deducted from my account but my number did not get recharged and i was informed that my money will be refunded within a week but i haven't received anything yet and the customer care executive is of no help. I got converted my 3g sim in to 4g on 16th jan 2018 but till this date (22 jan 2018) the new sim has not been activated. The new sim is not recognised in any handsets. This is regarding wrong transaction happened on 31st Dec 2017 for Airtel of INR 11974.00 .There is wrong payment of INR11974.00 is done from my account while doing payment for my Airtel No[protected] instead of INR 1197 INR 11974.00 got deducted .

Please refund my amount to my account.

As per customer service they are saying the will provide refund by 15th January 2018 but still yet I have not...

Icon service has been activated automatically on my mobile phone number [protected] on 22 jan 2018 at about 9:41 am and rs.76 deducted from my talk time account.
I never opted for this service and i don't know what is it. This is very unfair on the parat of siegel.
I have to say that this icon service be deactivated immediately and rs. 76 be credited to my talk time account without delay.
