There was an offer going on that if we order for above rs.7, 000/- you will get assured gifts worth rs.19, 000/-! And attracted to the offer i placed my order above rs.7, 000/-! I received two wrong products but i still kept them because if i returned it i will not be eligible to get the superdry bag which was worth rs.10k! So i did not return any product or dint cancel any product! There was one product which was cancelled from ajio due to its unavailability and now they are like i am not eligible for the bag! How is this fair? I made sure to order, i received wrong things still accepted those, all this for what? Only so i can get the bag and now they are saying i am not eligible? They say since i applied bank discounts etc i am not eligible for offer from the very start itself! But if that was the case why did they send me the mail clearly mentioning that i am eligible for the gifts? This is real fraud happening in ajio! People get attracted seeing great offers and then they themselves cancel one or two products then blame it all on the customer and tell them they are not eligible and now after so many days we are not even eligible to return the products! So its a whole lose situation, i got wrong products, wasted my money, cannot return anything now, did not get my gifts, did not get my vouchers, did not get my superdry bag etc as well!
