I bought motorola L9 on 18-june, 2008. its being 10 months.. in such a short duration, i have faced so many technical problems like low battery back up, software corrupt, display problem, speakers problem n lots more. As per my memory, u may check my at least 5 visits to your motorola service stations. but every time i was told lets see.. they had send my handset to ur Delhi head office also but my problem is still there only. They have returned my set by saying that nothing can be done beyond this.. The only way is to approach 'complaint center'. Pls help me out coz due to my busy schedule i cant contact u again n again. i hope 'Customer satisfaction' is your bench mark (like Nokia) and i request u to look in to the problem as soon as possible.
