Reliance Big Flix — Refundable Deposit

This is in connection with the membershiio which I have taken with Reliance Big Flix, they intitially collected an amount of Rs. 400 as refunadable amount and promised to return the same with out any delay if I don't want to continue with the membership. But now they are asking for around 15 days to return my own amount. So I would like to get this to the notice of all those who are planning for this and are already the members. I am writing with a lot of pent up frustration. There has been response to my earlier grievance i.e. asking you to reverse the autodebit that was levied last month without my consent. To make matters worse, I received an email from them a few days back on 30th August that my card will again be autodebited (again without my consent).

I WISH TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and have been running from pillar to post with the request. Whenever I try to cancel my subscription online, the site responds with a message "Could Not Cancel your subscription, please try again later".

When I call their Call center they tell me that due to system glitches, I am not being able to cancel the subscription. Everything else is working fine on your site - only "cancel subscription" link doesn't. Surprising and hard to believe. I then again went to their Vashi Store and the lady there said that she would not be able to help since her senior was responsible to handle cancellation issues and that lady was not available today.

I have requested them to ensure that my card is not auto-debited this time and even last month's debit is reversed to my account. I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE SUBSCRIBING TO THEIR SERVICES.
